It ranges. A medical facial has none. Microneedling leaves redness for 24 to 48 hours. A peel or CO2 resurfacing runs several days of peeling before full results. We tell you the recovery before you book, not after.

Most skin work is a series. Microneedling usually runs 3 to 6 sessions spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart, and peels can run monthly. Resurfacing lasers do more in a single pass but ask for more recovery in exchange.

You can come off the medication, and the maintenance plan is what protects the result. Nutrition education, strength training guidance and metabolic monitoring continue, because weight returns when a program ends at the goal instead of planning past it.

Hormone therapy including testosterone replacement, peptide therapy, IV therapy including NAD and vitamin drips, biomarker and longevity bloodwork, gut health work, and regenerative hair restoration.

Bloodwork. Biomarker testing comes before anything is prescribed, so treatment answers something measured rather than something assumed. Your provider reads those results with the rest of your chart.

Hormone therapy supplements a hormone directly, testosterone or estrogen. Peptides work upstream, encouraging your own production and signaling. Some patients use both, and your provider will tell you which your labs support.

For hormone therapy, regular blood work is part of the treatment rather than an optional extra. We track testosterone, hematocrit, PSA in men, and the other markers relevant to you, and adjust from there.
