How we can help

  • Increased lean muscle mass
  • More energy
  • Better sleep
  • Healthier libido
  • Less fatigue
  • Steadier metabolism

Common with low testosterone

Which of these sound familiar?

Tap any that apply. Nothing you tap is saved or sent anywhere.

  • Low energy most days
  • Lower sex drive
  • Weaker erections
  • Poor sleep
  • Brain fog or less focus
  • Irritable or flat mood
  • Losing strength or muscle
  • More fat around the middle
  • Slower recovery from workouts

These can come from low testosterone, and also from sleep, thyroid, blood sugar or stress. Bloodwork is how you tell the difference.

Designed around
your biology.

Led by Dr. Jerath, our Chief Medical Officer, we first take time to listen, learn your story, and understand what your body truly needs. Each plan is crafted with intention, shaped by your goals, your lifestyle, and how your body responds to care.

For some, the right path is testosterone, dosed for you and checked with follow-up labs. For others, the answer is sleep, thyroid, blood sugar or weight, and we build the plan around that instead.

What is hormone replacement therapy for men?

For men, hormone replacement therapy usually means testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). It brings testosterone that is confirmed low by bloodwork back into a normal range.

Low testosterone is diagnosed with symptoms plus at least two early-morning blood tests, not with symptoms alone. Your physician checks your levels and the labs that rule out other causes, then chooses the form and dose with you and adjusts them as you go.

Types of testosterone therapy and how they are taken

The best one depends on your labs, your routine, how steady you want your levels to be, and whether children are still in your plans.

  • Injections

Every week or two, in the clinic or at home once you are shown how.

  • Gels and creams

Applied to the skin once a day, no needles.

  • Pellets

Small implants placed under the skin in the clinic, lasting 3 to 6 months.

  • Clomid (clomiphene)

A daily pill that helps your body make its own testosterone and can help protect fertility. Prescribed off-label for men.

Many men notice changes in sex drive and mood within 3 to 6 weeks, and in muscle over 3 to 6 months, together with training and nutrition. Results vary.

Benefits of testosterone therapy for men

When testosterone is confirmed low, treating it can make everyday life feel better again. In clinical trials, men with low testosterone saw improvements in:

  • Sex drive and sexual activity
  • Mood, with fewer low or irritable days
  • Bone density
  • Mild anemia, with healthier red blood cell levels
  • Lean muscle, together with training and good nutrition

Some men also notice more energy. Every man responds differently. Your physician explains what to expect for you.

Yes. Your first consultation with our physician is free, and you are under no obligation to start.

Men whose testosterone is confirmed low by bloodwork and who have symptoms such as lower sex drive, low energy, a flat or irritable mood, or losing strength. Testosterone therapy is not a treatment for aging itself, so your physician looks at your labs, your symptoms and your health history together.

Only bloodwork can tell. Testosterone is highest in the morning and changes from day to day, so it is measured with early-morning blood tests, usually twice, along with labs that rule out other causes like thyroid, blood sugar and anemia.

We go through your symptoms, your sleep, your medications and your medical history, explain your options, and order the right bloodwork, drawn in-house. Then you and your physician decide on a plan together.

Your first visit and labs are in our Alpharetta clinic. After that, if you live in Georgia, check-ins, plan adjustments and lab reviews can be done by secure video.

Healthy. Beautiful. You.
